Bryan was born and raised in a small town in Iowa and received a B.S. in Computer Science from Northwest Missouri State University. Before moving to Colorado, he worked as a Network Engineer for Vital Support Systems in Urbandale, Iowa, and as an IT Network Analyst at Principal Financial Group in Des Moines. Bryan’s zeal for solving technical problems was evident early in his career, earning the nickname “Tenacious Little Monkey” while serving as an intern at Principal Financial.
At AppliedTrust, Bryan thoroughly enjoys the diversity and the ability to work with and meet clients face-to-face and solve their problems with them. He focuses on primarily on network administration and other networking-related projects, as well as platform management.
Bryan grew up cheering for the Iowa Hawkeyes football team but now also roots for the CU Buffs. Old habits die hard, though, and he has been known to break into the Iowa victory polka in the middle of a Colorado tailgate. Bryan is also a Minnesota Twins fan and loves to relax on the lake at his Grandpa's lake house in Northern Minnesota. At home in Colorado he enjoys competing in recreational softball and volleyball leagues, snowboarding, camping, playing acoustic guitar, and spending time with his English bulldog, Fenway
