The Boulder County Clerk and Recorder’s office oversees the Motor Vehicle, Recording, and Elections divisions of Boulder County (Colorado) Government. AppliedTrust worked with the Elections Division of the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder’s Office to develop security controls for the November 2008 General Election process. AppliedTrust also helped to identify the cause of a problem that slowed the ballot tally during the election, and provided recommendations for modifying the settings in the voting scanners and software to prevent the problem from recurring in future elections.
